Under Construction

This is a site I’m working to put together for a small group Bible study that I’m hoping to start in January. This site is not officially affiliated with “The Love Dare” or the “Fireproof” movie. It is a place for resources for the Bible study and a place to discuss and keep connected. It’s also a way to connect to people not able to join the small group, but that want to spend some time learning how to love themselves more and to live out of an excess of God’s love rather than being burnt out and feeling like they have no more to give.

This study isn’t for everyone, you must be willing and ready for your life to be radically changed by the amazing love of God. It’s a scary step and the fear of failure will be a tough one to conquer, but God has promised that we can do all things through Him and by His love.

It’s time to take a step out of our sphere of being needed, caring for others without caring for ourselves, and learning to truly live life for God and not for the people around us…It’s a chance to work on loving ourselves so that we can better love (with more purity and without condition) the people around us.

Ok, think that kind of sums it up. I’m going to work on updating this site up until the group starts and then post daily devotions as the group goes along….
